This workshop is about ensuring managers gain emotional and intellectual commitment from their people when agreeing performance objectives.
What matters most is whether objectives are actually achieved or not. This workshop focuses on the role managers play in engaging and motivating their people to achieve them.

- Describe the characteristics of an effective objective
