Feedback: Fixing Performance Problems
This workshop enables managers to practise what to say when people aren't performing as required.
Timely and effective feedback can fix performance problems long before you get to any disciplinary situations. But do your managers feel comfortable about what to say, and how to say it?
After this workshop delegates will be able to:
- State the four key principles of giving effective negative feedback and will be able to write a short descroption of 250 words or less of what is meant by each one
- State the five stages of giving effective negative feedback and will be able to explain how to conduct each one in a short written answer of 250 words or less
- Prepare a feedback session and demonstrate the principles and states referred to above in a short role play which will be observed by their peers.
