Making Change Happen
This workshop provides your frontline managers with the skills and support they need to ensure that their people embrace your organisation's change initiative.
Delegates discuss the change they are implementing and the issues they are encountering. They learn how to communicate the impact of the change with individual members of their team, so that everyone is clear about what the change is, and how it affects them and their work.
Using a visioning exercise, delegates imagine their ideal situation. They work through the six principles for leading successful change to identify what they need to do to reach their desired goal.
After this workshop delegates will be able to:
- Explain the six principles of effective change leadership
- Demonstration the skills required for effective change leadership
- Display the behaviours required to lead their staff through change.
