Who we are

Scott Bradbury is a specialist publisher of training materials. We have a straightforward vision: to produce and sell resources that help trainers to help people to improve their workplace performance.

Our background is in training and development. Our two directors have nearly fifty years of combined experience working in the people development field.

One of the things that makes Scott Bradbury different from our competitors is our hands-on knowledge and experience of the training world. We know what it's like to prepare and deliver training courses. We understand what it's like to build a business case and then deliver the results.

We have delivered courses inside large organisations and have many years' experience of dealing with trainers, HR managers and training consultants. We know what works and what doesn't!

Our directors

Catherine de Salvo

Catherine is primarily responsible for marketing and selling Scott Bradbury's range of training resources.

If you call in (by phone or in person) you're quite likely to speak to her as there's nothing she likes more than meeting and chatting with customers.

Until 2002 Catherine was the Marketing Director of Fenman, the training resources publisher, where she enjoyed a highly successful twelve year period before leaving to co-found Scott Bradbury.

Hugh Murray

Hugh is primarily responsible for the development of new products. He is a trainer, writer, speaker and all-round HRD entrepreneur.

A Chartered Fellow of the CIPD, his 30 year career includes: General Manager of McGraw-Hill Training Systems, Managing Director of Gower Tfi (later Gower Training), co-founder and Managing Director of Fenman and Publisher of Training Journal (now TJ). Hugh is the author of many successful multimedia and video materials and a popular public speaker on management and learning issues.
