We ask each participant on the course to take a simple test before and after training. The test measures the accuracy and speed of the participant when transferring and checking data. The table summarises the results achieved in recent courses. Each row of the table gives the results from a single client group and the summary information at the bottom of the table refers to averages for these recent clients.
On average, we see a 51% reduction in errors and an 8% improvement in processing speed. And of course that doesn’t include the productivity gain from not having to waste ‘down time’ in going back over work to find and correct errors which have been identified. Ask us for details of how we evaluate results and calculate return on investment.
