Our database

We only keep the information you have provided, and details of your transactions with us. We aim to keep our data up-to-date at all times. Please let us know if your name and/or address details have changed so we can amend our database. Our mailing list and the information we hold about our customers and prospects are our life blood, so we guard them carefully.

Typically, we hold the following details about you: your name, job title, organisation name, address, contact telephone number and facsimile number. We may also hold your e-mail address and the URL of your organisation. We will have details of your delivery address and invoice and accounts information. We use the information you provide to help us service your requests and orders as efficiently as possible.

Where did we get your name and address?

We hold your contact details on our database if you have responded to one of our promotions or given them to us at an exhibition or other event.

From time to time we may use third party mailing lists to help us promote our products and services. These lists are quite separate from our own database and we do not hold or manage this data. Each of our promotions is coded so that we can identify the source of the mailing list used. By contacting us and telling us this code we can tell you the list source and who to contact if you wish to contact the list owner.

Privacy of our e-mail lists

We only capture your e-mail address if you have given it to us, (for example, via e-mail correspondence, a telephone conversation or mailing response card.). Scott Bradbury may use your e-mail address to keep you informed of products and services available, unless you have specifically asked us not to. We never divulge your e-mail address to any third party. If at any time you wish us to stop e-mailing you, please let us know.
