Hugh Murray researches and writes the Scott Bradbury programmes.  An expert in instructional design, Hugh has a very clear idea of how to present learning messages using the video medium. 

After a life-long career in the 'learning business' Hugh brings his very considerable experience to bear in writing scripts that resonate with both the learner and the learning and development professional.  Hugh also devises all the Scott Bradbury workshops.

A popular speaker at events and conferences, Hugh sheds new light on topics including objective setting, using competences and change management.  He impresses audiences with his clear insights and perceptive comments and is frequently consulted by the industry press.

Hugh enjoys sailing and flying and is currently working towards achieving his pilot's licence.
